2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item and clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package

3. Shipping Responsibility:

   • If the return is due to fault or damage, we will cover return shipping

   • If returning for any other reason, you are responsible for return shipping costs

4. Trackable Shipping: We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery

5. Inspection & Refund:

   • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the outcome

   • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

   • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider
