1.2 Major Technical Defects

While our products are thoroughly tested, unexpected errors may occur. If a product has a critical defect that prevents access or usage, please report it to technical support within 15 days of purchase. You must include:

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Screenshots or video if applicable

  • Proof that the product does not match its description

Refunds will only be granted if the issue is reproducible and confirmed by our team.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You purchased an item by mistake

  • You lack the technical ability to use the product

  • You misunderstood the product description

  • You didn’t read the refund policy before purchase

As our products are digital, they are considered consumed upon access. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.


3. How to Request a Refund

Please allow up to 10 working days for your request to be reviewed. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds typically take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. If your refund has not appeared:
